Buying at auction:

For all bidding options, you are required to have a customer number with us. Register easily on the website, Click here. Otherwise, contact us well in advance of the auction to get help with registering. 

15% in commission is added to the total amount, incl. VAT + 50 SEK hammer fee. 

All bids are binding.

To participate in the auction

Bid online. Each object has an individual end time, and until then you can place bids online. If you choose to place a bid during the last 2 minutes, the auction is extended by 2 minutes. You can also place a bid in the auction room during the viewing.

Max bids.

Place a maximum amount that you are willing to bid. The system will then bid on your behalf until your max bid is reached. If no one else is bidding, the hammer price can be much lower than the specified max bid.  When several bids for the same amount have been entered, the first bid is the one that will be accepted. 

All max bids are treated confidentially. In our online catalog, the leading bid is visible, but never the customer's maximum bid. 

Collecting and shipping

Purchased items must be paid for before the items can leave the auction house. Purchased items will be collected no later than 7 days after the auction, unless otherwise agreed. Items that are not collected within 10 days after the auction, will be charged with a 20 SEK storage-fee per weekday, unless otherwise agreed. Bring your own packaging and any carrying assistance if necessary. We arrange packing and ship with Schenker, Postnord, or by agreement. We pack carefully, but take no responsibility for damage or missing packages after the package has been sent. For larger items such as furniture, please contact us for a price quote.

Payments

Can be made on site by card, swish or cash. It is also possible to pay the invoice via swish, bank transfer or bankgiro before collecting the item. In that case, bring a receipt for the payment when picking up.

Condition report

Unless otherwise stated in the description, it can be assumed that the items have age-related wear. Electronics, machines and other functions are not tested unless stated in the description. We provide no guarantees on these items. Opportunity to inspect and function test is available on current viewing days. If you have no opportunity to visit us on site, you can contact us for further condition reports. Complaints are made before the item leaves the auction hall.
